Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to review property records and ensure the accuracy of title products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review public records to confirm property ownership and identify potential issues
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information accurately
• Compile organized summaries of findings to support title commitments and closings

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in title, legal, mortgage, or related administrative/research work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new systems
• Familiarity with relevant legal and real estate terminology
