Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to perform examinations of real estate titles in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys
• Communicate with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and title department members
• Make insurability decisions and interpret title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in title examination
• Experience with examination in the Texas area preferred
• Proficient in computer and Microsoft Suite
