Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title & Escrow Officer to provide escrow and title services for commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process escrow documents according to policies and procedures
• Act as a neutral third-party in real estate sales, managing funds and processing transactions
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
• Experience in managing complex information and interdependencies
• Individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
