Job Summary
To support real estate transactions, the full-time Texas Licensed Title Officer will research and interpret real estate documents, communicate with escrow staff and attorneys, and make insurability decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret real estate documents, district court proceedings, and surveys
- Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers
- Make insurability decisions based on title insurance guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance business
- Proficient in computer technology and comfortable with digital tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
