Job Summary

To support real estate transactions, the full-time Texas Licensed Title Officer will research and interpret real estate documents, communicate with escrow staff and attorneys, and make insurability decisions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and interpret real estate documents, district court proceedings, and surveys
  • Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers
  • Make insurability decisions based on title insurance guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance business
  • Proficient in computer technology and comfortable with digital tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
