Job Summary

To support real estate transactions, the full-time Texas Licensed Title Officer will research and interpret documents, make insurability decisions, and collaborate with escrow staff and attorneys in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and interpret real estate documents, court proceedings, and surveys
• Make insurability decisions and ensure compliance with title insurance guidelines
• Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
