Job Summary
To support real estate transactions, the full-time Texas Licensed Title Officer will research and interpret documents, make insurability decisions, and collaborate with escrow staff and attorneys in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and interpret real estate documents, court proceedings, and surveys
- Make insurability decisions and ensure compliance with title insurance guidelines
- Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
