Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Title Officer, the full-time remote position will manage the research and interpretation of real estate documents, make insurability decisions, and ensure a positive customer experience during real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys
• Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers
• Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using computer systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
