Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Title Officer, the full-time remote position will manage the research and interpretation of real estate documents, make insurability decisions, and ensure a positive customer experience during real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys
- Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers
- Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using computer systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
