Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders and claimants
• Negotiate and settle total loss situations with policyholders and claimants
• Prepare salvage vehicles for auction and oversee the end-to-end salvage process

Required Qualifications

• Successful experience handling insurance claims, preferably in auto total loss claims
• Currently licensed in home state if required, with the ability to obtain additional licenses
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
• High sense of professionalism and empathy
• Familiarity with claims best practices
