Texas Licensed Total Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

As a Texas Licensed Total Loss Adjuster, the remote position will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low to moderately complex claims while providing support to customers throughout the damages process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide claims service via various channels to policyholders and third-party customers
• Handle low to moderately complex auto claims and manage recovery opportunities
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to facilitate claims resolution and support business goals

Required qualifications

• Current Insurance Adjuster License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ years of claims adjusting experience required
• Experience in an inbound phone-intensive, contact center environment preferred
• Computer literacy in a Windows operating environment
