Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Experience with complex transaction management and lease negotiations
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
