Job Summary

Joining the Client Solutions team, the full-time Texas Licensed Transaction Manager will provide high-quality transaction and account support, conduct financial and market analytics, and assist clients in real estate decision-making while working remotely from Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Review lease documents and conduct due diligence, including writing lease summaries and abstracts
  • Develop and implement financial models and analytics to support client recommendations and transaction activities
  • Summarize and communicate analytic findings through executive-level documents and presentations
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transaction management
  • Active real estate license in the state of residence
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with lease administration platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
