Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Casualty/BI Transportation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and investigate high exposure third party property damage and bodily injury claims on a multi-state basis
Analyze and apply coverage on both routine and complex claims
Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial transportation experience
Valid Texas all lines license; additional state licenses are a plus
Prior experience with commercial trucking and transportation claims
College degree preferred
Litigation experience is required
