Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Transportation Adjuster, the full-time remote position will manage high exposure third-party property damage and bodily injury claims across multiple states, ensuring excellent customer service and thorough claim investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and investigate high exposure third-party property damage and bodily injury claims on a multi-state basis
• Work efficiently with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and outside vendors to confirm coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages
• Document all correspondence, reports, discussions, and decisions in the claims system while providing timely client reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial transportation claims experience
• Valid Texas all lines license; additional licenses (Florida, New Mexico) are a plus
• Strong report writing and time management skills
• Experience in litigation is required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
