Job Summary
To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time Texas Licensed Transportation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial transportation-related claims while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages moderate complexity claims involving bodily injury and commercial liability exposures
- Conducts independent coverage analysis and develops claim strategies
- Collaborates with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking and reading)
- 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience
- Claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices
- Experience with bodily injury, commercial general liability, or transportation-related claims preferred
