• Manage driver productivity and performance, including onboarding and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in transportation operations with significant carrier-side experience
• Proven track record managing a dispatch team for 5+ years
• Direct experience in CDL driver management, including hiring and coaching
• Deep knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance regulations
• Experience in truckload operations; drayage or port experience is a plus
