Job Summary

To support the Third-Party Administration claims Transportation Division, the full-time Texas Licensed Transportation Supervisor will oversee adjusters managing auto claims, ensuring compliance and quality assurance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and direction to the claims team while implementing procedures as directed by management
• Audit files for quality assurance and monitor team performance, offering mentorship for career development
• Review insurance policies, determine coverage, and participate in routine file reviews with clients

Required Qualifications

• Texas All-Lines Adjuster License
• Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience handling or supervising collision, comprehensive, and property damage claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
