Texas Licensed Triage Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Military OneSource contact center, the full-time Texas Licensed Triage Consultant will assess participant needs, determine eligibility for services, and facilitate referrals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide participant intake, needs assessment, and referral services for Military OneSource operations
• Conduct consultative interactions to assess needs and determine appropriate service pathways
• Document participant interactions and ensure continuity of service without unnecessary delays

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling
• Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families
• Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation
• Strong customer service skills appropriate for a contact center environment
