Job Summary
Providing essential support for participant engagement, the full-time Texas Licensed Triage Consultant will assess needs, determine eligibility for services, and facilitate referrals in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct participant intake and needs assessments, ensuring accurate and timely referrals to appropriate services
- Deliver information and support in accordance with established triage protocols and program policies
- Document participant interactions and maintain continuity of service while adhering to program requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling
- Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families
- Familiarity with contact center operations and performance expectations
- Strong customer service and communication skills suitable for a contact center environment
