Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds in moderate to high exposure General Liability cases
• Conduct all aspects of insurance defense, including legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trials
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of litigation experience
• Member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation
• Experience handling insurance claims and general commercial litigation from inception through trial
