Texas Licensed Trial Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney to join their Staff Legal Team in the Austin or San Antonio area.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds in moderate to high exposure General Liability cases
• Conduct all aspects of insurance defense including legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of litigation experience
• Member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lexis, or Westlaw
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation
• Relevant first chair jury trial experience is preferred
