Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney in Houston.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds by preparing and trying moderate to high exposure General Liability cases
• Engage in all aspects of insurance defense, including legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 7 or more years of litigation experience
• Member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation
• Relevant first chair jury trial experience preferred
