Job Summary

A company is looking for a First-Party Property/CAT Team Early Career Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents and attend court hearings as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Successful completion of courses in legal research, writing, and analysis
• Demonstrated strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks
• Knowledge of legal ethics and standards of professional conduct
• Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater Houston area
