Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trusts & Estates Attorney for a part-time, fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on various trusts & estates topics
• Draft affidavits, agreements, and other related trust & estate documents
• Review and supplement existing documents with guidance based on case law, statutes, and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Texas licensed Trusts & Estates attorney
• Significant experience in drafting legal documents related to trusts & estates
• Ability to work 10-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule
• Experience with case law and regulations relevant to trusts & estates
• Proficiency in creating new content for legal guidance
