Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Program Operations Manager to join their UM Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution and refresh cycles for Gold Card and Provider Incentive programs, ensuring operational soundness and compliance
• Manage the Prior Authorization list, overseeing governance processes for code management and compliance with regulations
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for new initiatives and drive cross-functional project management for successful implementations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management
• 3+ years of experience in delivering projects/programs
• 2+ years of experience managing prior authorization list processes
• Experience in the payer/health insurance sector
• Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus
