Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Technician (Early Talent) - Medical Professional Liability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of an assigned book of business by assisting underwriters with policy processing and customer service
  • Maintain and develop strong technical skills related to underwriting products and systems
  • Support underwriting efforts by cultivating relationships with agency/broker partners and managing internal communications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or a minimum of eight years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Previous insurance experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
