Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technician (Early Talent) - Medical Professional Liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of an assigned book of business by assisting underwriters with policy processing and customer service
- Maintain and develop strong technical skills related to underwriting products and systems
- Support underwriting efforts by cultivating relationships with agency/broker partners and managing internal communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or a minimum of eight years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Previous insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
