Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Care Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates care throughout the cancer care experience
- Identifies gaps in care delivery and seeks solutions
- Leads Patient Care Conferences and communicates outcomes to the care team
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- RN state license and current registration with the Texas State Board of Nursing
- Certified Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) or equivalent navigation experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 5 or more years of nursing experience in oncology preferred
