Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LVN (Centralized Phone Triage, After Hours) - Remote Opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient follow-up activities including laboratory results, appointments, and referrals
• Assist in the ordering and re-ordering of prescriptions following company protocols
• Document care rendered and participate in the orientation of new employees

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas
• Current AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting preferred
