Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a remote call center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medication refill requests and address complex abnormal lab results
• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide real-time support for member concerns and document clinical interactions in the EHR system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• 2+ years of clinical experience, with preference for healthcare call center or telehealth experience
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and nursing protocols
• Proficiency with EHR systems and triage tools
• Experience working fully remote
