Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medication refill requests and address complex abnormal lab results
• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide real-time support for member concerns and document clinical interactions in the EHR system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare call center or telehealth
• Experience working fully remote
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical terminology
• Proficiency with EHR systems and triage tools
