Job Summary

A company is looking for an LVN (Centralized Phone Triage) for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize medical needs via telephone and direct patients to appropriate care
• Document symptoms, nursing assessments, advice, and patient responses accurately
• Follow policies and protocols to ensure effective care and improve health outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
• Preferred two or more years of clinical experience within the last five years
• Experience in telephone triage and ambulatory or acute care settings preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
