Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Specialty Phone Triage position, offering a remote opportunity for 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize medical needs via telephone and direct patients to appropriate care
• Document symptoms, nursing assessments, and patient responses while following established protocols
• Provide patient education and follow-up on care, including laboratory results and medication management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
• Preferred two or more years of clinical experience within the last five years
• Experience in telephone triage and ambulatory or acute care settings preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
