Job Summary

Driving financial performance for the builder division, the full-time remote Texas Licensed VP Builder Finance will manage budgeting, key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to enhance profitability and strengthen builder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support builder division managers by summarizing and advising on financial aspects to inform decision-making and improve performance
• Lead the annual budgeting process and mid-year forecasting, collaborating with regional managers and joint venture shareholders
• Design and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards for management visibility into key financial dynamics

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales, secondary, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry and associated financial concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience utilizing relational databases for data analysis
