Texas Licensed VP of Commercial Lending

Job Summary

Focusing on spec home and residential development loans, the fully remote Texas Licensed VP of Commercial Lending will manage relationships with business members, drive new business, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while delivering exceptional member service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective business members to drive new business and grow commercial loan portfolios
• Evaluate, structure, and process commercial loan requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Lead business development efforts through member engagement and community involvement, collaborating with third-party vendors

Required qualifications

• Direct industry experience lending to Spec-House Builders or Residential Developers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with five years of related experience
• Minimum of three years of credit union or financial industry experience
• Extensive knowledge and proven track record of commercial lending
• Must have reliable internet access of 50MBPS or higher
