Texas Licensed VP of Customer Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success specializing in RCM Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level relationships with healthcare customers utilizing RCM outsourcing services
• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance against KPIs
• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success / Operations leaders to enhance client portfolios

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience in specialties such as Radiology, Imaging and Diagnostics, or Cardiology preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale RCM outsourcing engagements
• Strong understanding of RCM KPIs and revenue optimization strategies
• Proven experience in implementing technology-driven RCM improvements
