Texas Licensed VP of Escrow

Job Summary

Providing senior operational and technical leadership, the full-time Texas Licensed VP of Escrow will manage escrow functions, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee vendor performance in a remote work environment with occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on all escrow functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex documentation and collateral issues related to mortgage servicing
• Handle escalations from customers and regulatory bodies, drafting professional responses and recommending risk-mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in mortgage servicing and escrow administration
• Deep knowledge of CFPB, RESPA, and state servicing regulations
• Hands-on experience with property tax administration and escrow analysis
• Strong background in mortgage loan closing, documentation, and collateral management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mortgage Banking, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
