Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Water Resources Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage drainage and hydraulic design solutions for transportation and bridge projects, conduct detailed hydraulic analyses, and support stormwater planning and regulatory efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for transportation corridors and drainage systems
- Design hydraulic features and prepare drainage reports and floodplain documentation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams while mentoring junior engineers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 4-6+ years of experience focused on hydrology and hydraulics design
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as HEC-RAS and ArcGIS
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
