Job Summary
Providing compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy, the part-time Texas Licensed Women's Therapist will support women navigating their reproductive journeys, working approximately 20-21 patient sessions weekly while collaborating with a clinical team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care utilizing modalities such as CBT, ACT, and attachment-based approaches
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans while participating in clinical consultations
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and attend monthly clinical team meetings
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in women's mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency with virtual platforms and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model and passion for women's mental health
