Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
- Interact extensively with clients and claimants to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Texas Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
