Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable for Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Workers' Compensation Specialist will perform billing, claim corrections, and collections while working remotely to ensure timely reimbursement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform medical billing, collections, and account reconciliations for Workers' Compensation claims
  • Follow up on returned claims and denials, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim reviews and appeals to maximize reimbursements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in Workers' Compensation Billing and AR collections
  • 1 year of experience in medical appeals and denials
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology
