Job Summary

To support day-to-day operational performance, the remote Texas Medicaid Case Management Supervisor will manage team members, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies while formulating strategies to enhance departmental effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, mentor, and support employees to meet operational goals and service expectations
• Formulate and execute strategies that improve departmental performance and operational effectiveness
• Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with operational policies and identify opportunities for cost reduction

Required qualifications

• Paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members in a professional environment
• Experience working with legal documents
• Medicaid experience required
