Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Negotiation Manager - Texas Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive contracts with healthcare providers following internal guidelines and financial standards
• Manage contract performance and collaborate with internal departments on execution and maintenance of provider contracts
• Maintain relationships with key providers and resolve escalated issues related to claims payment and contract interpretation

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience negotiating contracts with ancillary providers and physician groups
• Knowledge of contracting options, provider reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
