Texas Notary Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Close Notary Specialist to support their eClose Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform remote online notarizations (RON) for mortgage and real estate closings
• Provide technical and operational support to external notaries and signing participants
• Facilitate live RON signings and troubleshoot onboarding and signing room issues

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Notary Public commission with RON certification
• 1+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or tech support (mortgage/title/fintech preferred)
• Experience with tools like Freshdesk, Slack, and eClosing platforms
• Familiarity with eClosing workflows and state-specific notarial requirements is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
