Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and support them through healthcare programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas or Arizona, with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must reside in Texas or Arizona
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
