Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIP / Med Pay First Responder.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations of first-party medical claims, including reviewing coverage and gathering supporting documents
Communicate with claimants regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim procedures
Evaluate claims for approval or denial based on policy language and investigative findings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Auto Insurance Claims Adjuster
Experience with 1st Party Medical Claims preferred
Professional Insurance and/or Claims Designations are a plus
