Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve non-attorney represented bodily injury claims
• Evaluate coverage and liability, negotiate settlements, and manage the claims process from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Claims Adjuster in Auto Insurance
• Experience interpreting policy language and handling bodily injury claims
• Knowledge of ImageRight and Claims Manager preferred
