Job Summary
To support a growing national business law firm, a Texas or Florida Licensed Commercial Real Estate Attorney will independently manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing, in a fully remote capacity with no traditional billable hour requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial real estate documents
- Conduct and oversee due diligence efforts and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate transactions
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in Texas or Florida, with Texas preferred
- 3 to 7+ years of substantive transactional commercial real estate experience
- Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing
- Strong experience with title and survey review and due diligence
