Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation E-Discovery Attorney for a remote, contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement document review protocols and workflows
• Draft, revise, and finalize witness summaries and deposition preparation materials
• Contribute strategically to litigation defense efforts, including case strategy and discovery planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation e-discovery
• Proficient in all stages of electronic discovery and document production
• Skilled in deploying analytics and predictive coding tools across review platforms
• Expertise in privilege log creation and automated redaction workflows
• Active law license in Texas or Florida
