Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - OT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Occupational Therapists through coaching, mentorship, and training
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and quality of care
• Conduct evaluations and sessions with a clinical caseload, demonstrating clinical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Experience with pediatric assessments
• Previous leadership experience required
• Full licensure in state of residence
• Individual NPI number
