Texas Oracle HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into system configurations
• Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems using various tools

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting Oracle Fusion HCM
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud configuration and implementation
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and role-based security
• Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience with testing processes
