Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative (PCR) to handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and process all inbound calls professionally
- Schedule, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments according to client protocols
- Verify patient demographics and maintain HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) preferred
- Proficiency with telephony systems and familiarity with EHR/EMR software
- Knowledge of medical terminology or insurance verification is a plus
