Texas Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative (PCR) to handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and process all inbound calls professionally
• Schedule, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments according to client protocols
• Verify patient demographics and maintain HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) preferred
• Proficiency with telephony systems and familiarity with EHR/EMR software
• Knowledge of medical terminology or insurance verification is a plus
