Job Summary

Providing patient-centered access to healthcare resources, the full-time Texas Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, offer technical support for health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient access to a network of healthcare facilities and services
• Schedule appointments and classes while providing navigation support for patients
• Deliver tier 1 technical support for patient health applications

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
