Key responsibilities:
  • Facilitate patient access to a network of healthcare facilities and services
  • Schedule appointments and classes while providing navigation support for patients
  • Deliver tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
